Your Path to Mindful Movement
Welcome to Physical Embodiment Studio, where we’re reimagining the
world of fitness. Our goal? To shift the focus away from numbers and
aesthetics, towards the way your body feels – helping you achieve balance,
harmony and strength.
At Physical Embodiment Studio, our movement practices are more than just
a workout; it’s a pathway to holistic wellness. That’s why we’re proud to
introduce Reps of the Rainbow – our trademarked movement practice
designed to help you achieve balance and harmony through the mind-body
connection.
Reps of the Rainbow explores the transformative power of our chakras, the
energy centers within our bodies that govern different aspects of our
physical, emotional, and spiritual selves.
Our body often tries to tell us when something is misaligned and working
with our chakras can help us get an accurate read of our internal compass.
For example, a blocked heart chakra may link back to respiratory issues or
even challenges with giving or receiving love. The health of our energy
pathways are reflected in our physical wellbeing.
Reps of the Rainbow combines strength training, TRE (Tension and Trauma
Release Exercises), meditation, stretching, yoga, and breath work to achieve
balance within your system. By thoughtfully engaging with each muscle
group and synchronizing breath with movement, you will enhance your
body awareness, improve flexibility, and build strength. It’s a unique
approach that goes beyond traditional fitness routines, offering an eclectic
experience that nurtures both body and soul and will help you feel more
deeply connected to yourself and the world around you.
